After changing his life style, he was healed within 2 and one half weeks by letting go and letting GOD, and he thanks GOD every day. S
ince recovering he contributes his success to living a stress free life.  He strongly believes that the key to that is taking care of the body and mind through health and wellness.  This has been the inspiration behind his latest venture.

Co-Owner, Sandra D. Curl

Sandra is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage of 2004, specializing in Massage Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Shiatsu.   Since then Sandra has acquired additional modalities such as Reflexology, Kinesiology, Colon Hydrotherapy and Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT). Sandra utilizes western and eastern methods in the bodywork massage and wellness, which gives a much broader scope of practice when assessing clients’ health issues. Sandra includes in each assessment the reading of the twelve pulses, the tongue, skin, hair, face, along with the clients’ medical background. The wellness massage and assessments are a practice and application to combat that frightening number by helping us remember what it means to relax.

Experts estimate that 80-90 percent of disease is stress-related. The physical changes massage brings to your body can have a positive effect in many areas of our life. It increases relaxation and decreases anxiety, massage lowers your blood pressure, increase circulation, improved recovery from injury, enhances muscle tone which reduces muscle tightness, lowering stress levels and helps you to sleep better and can increase your concentration. It reduces fatigue and gives you more energy to handle stressful situation and can also provide an integration of body and mind.
