Mud Baths, Mud Facials and Body Wraps are an organic substance product of natural decomposition of multitudes of plants under special conditions. Mud baths promote circulation, stimulates the immune system, promotes muscular relaxation, relieves pain, breaks down fat cells, detoxifies and improves range of motion.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is a deep penetrating massage that will break down tangled muscle fibers called “trigger points”. Once broken down and released, the body and muscles return to a state of balance and well being. Excellent treatment for chronic pain.

Swedish massage

Swedish massage is a technique used for general relaxation whose stokes stimulates circulation and enhances muscle tone and reduces muscle tightness; the techniques consist of effleurage, pettrissage, tapotement, & vibration.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is based on the holistic system of traditional Chinese Medicines to improve the flow of qi. The Shiatsu Therapist applies fingers, thumbs and/or palms in a continuous rhythmic sequence pressure to energetic pathways called meridians to improve the flow of qi. Shiatsu calms an overactive nervous system, which improved circulation, relieves stiff muscles and alleviates stress.

Raindrop Therapy:

The Purpose of Raindrop Technique is to stimulate every organ, muscle and bone of the body at a cellular level through therapeutic grade oils, boosting the immune system, bringing the body into structural/electrical balance, and enabling the release of toxins or disease wherever they may be lodged – including those illnesses lodged in the mind and emotions. The objective of Raindrop is to awaken the receiver’s internal healing powers and any external manipulation at the time of the raindrop sessions interferes with that objective.   Raindrop Technique alone is sufficient to awaken the self-healing powers the client and does so in a way that delivers optimal benefit. According to the readiness and willingness of the client at the time of treatment.   At the completion of a Raindrop Technique session the client will have been lifted to a delicate state of balance and receptivity to healing energies. Employing additional modalities at that time can upset that balance and reduce the healing potential. While acupuncture, allopathy, chiropractic, reflexology and other therapeutic modalities can be enhanced when employed with essential oils, Raindrop Technique is generally best when done by itself. If needed or desired, other healing modalities can be employed late when the Raindrop Technique has had time to complete its work.

Reflexology Massage:

Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. it is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.   In general terms the benefits of reflexology have to do with the reduction of stress. Because the feet and hands help set the tension level for the rest of the body they are an easy way to interrupt the stress signal and reset homeostasis, the body's equilibrium.  Reflexology is a complement to standard medical care. It should not be construed as medical advice. It should not be a replacement to medical help.

Ion Foot Detox

Ion Foot Detox is a foot bath that incorporates ion and sea salt in the water to assist with opening up pores in your feet, hands and elbow to eliminate unwanted toxins in the body. Colon Hydrotherapy:

Colon Hydrotherapy is referred to as Colonics, colon irrigation. These are names for hydrotherapy which uses water for inner cleansing. Colon Hydrotherapy is clean and relaxing. A soothing flow of purified warm water is instilled gently into the colon through a disposable rectal nozzle, (“size-of-a-pencil”). The small rectal nozzle is easily inserted to cleanse (evacuate) the contents of your lower colon.

Your dignity is always maintained! The system is designed to allow evacuation of the contents of the colon during the administration of colon hydrotherapy. Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Devices have systems, that the pressure, temperature, and flow of water, are all safely regulated throughout the session. Brainwave Therapy:

Ear Candling:

Ear candling requires the use of ear candles. Ear candles are made of cotton or linen that's wound into a cone shape, soaked in wax, and then allowed to harden. This hollow candle is inserted through a hole in a plate specially designed to collect wax, and placed into the external ear canal. The candle is lit at the opposite end.  Proponents of ear candling claim that this creates a low-level vacuum that draws ear wax and other debris out of the ear and into the hollow candle. After the procedure, a dark, waxy substance is usually left in the stub of the candle. Many people find it to be a satisfying procedure, because they are told that the dark waxy mass they see is a combination of ear wax and debris
